I need music rather than presenters talking, I am after all a child of the sixties, man.

You could always put on Woman's Hour with "The Girl from Ipanema" playing softly in the background.

Trouble with radio 4 is that you have to concentrate.

Always enjoy the shipping forecast though.

I'd say its only the news and current affairs shows that have 'presenters', all the more specialised shows are done by experts in their respective fields which makes it interesting.

I always click past 4 Extra without trying it. What kind of stuff is it Badge? Is it like BBC Radio 4..............but with a bit extra? Or is that too much of an obvious, and even if I do say so myself, fucking moronic question? Forgive me if it is.

Its now the old Radio 7.
Lots of plays during the daytime with some ace old comedy shows also.
The evenings has lots of real good comedy now and again.
So, yes, EXTRA special!

Heard some trailers for this. Sounds worth tuning in for. For me, anything narrated by John Hurt is worth a listen.
