He is a colossus isn't he. I've only got the one double CD by him. A double of the 1965 recordings when a lot of these old blues men were "re discovered" and it is pure magic. I've been meaning to get the LOC recordings for a while but I'm not familiar with the other one. Sine you've started it I'll pick this thread up again. I've been wondering where to go next after the fifties, forward or back ward. Ill go backward towards the thirties maybe even twenties including some of the re discovered stuff. Cheers for bringing it up .

This is on the 1965 album. Maybe not typical just him singing and I think of this every time I see a politician on TV



The incredible Death Letter also off the album. There is an out take of it as well where Son Starts playing the wrong song and gets interjected by the producer, ace
