Winding up Order

Whar's going on then.

The Whites were one of four clubs to face a winding up order on September 8 at the High Court.

Having already fought off an earlier petition this summer, with owner Massimo Cellino forced to repay roughly £1 million to prospective owners Sport Capital - who loaned Leeds the money when their takeover was set to be completed.

Having had their accounts unfrozen following the repayment, Cellino was able to start paying players’ wages again, and the transfer embargo placed upon them was lifted.

However, it has been revealed that the Whites were in court once again yesterday, with listing Leeds as one of many companies with a winding up order placed against them.

Phil Hay says it's nothing to worry about so I'm worried,

I read that three of the winding-up cases against individual clubs had been rejected or 'thrown out' of court, and LU's was one of them.  No one seems to know what's the truth.  I like Phil Hay but I'm a bit worried he is being mesmerised by the Italian snake

I was alerted to this by a mate who is a Hereford fan. There's not many of them.

They were up in court as well. 42 days to pay off their debts. Forum Index -> Leeds
