The Sports Direct Arena

I know it's traditional to take the piss out of the bar codes for their delusions of grandeur, but i do feel sorry for them on this one.

I don't think many of them will be able to utter the words.

Lambias is one of Bates's few friends in football (the world?)

I look forward to taking up my seat at the Outro stadium in the Ken Bates stand.
Late Doors

Didnít they (he) try this one a couple of years ago ? I quite likes em, ace town, great craic an all that. Smacks of that Ashley fella desecrating the place with his name so he can sell it on to someone who can pay more to desecrate it more.

No longer sacrosanct is it a ground's name. Even after a century or so of history, Jackie Milburn, Bobby Moncur, Malcolm McDonald times move on thanks to the football God 'money'.

Old timers will still refer to grounds by their original names.
Butts

Apparently Ashley has promised his midfielder a new contract if he agrees to change his name to Donnay Murphy
Plastic Man

Considering that it is already full of c*nts, perhaps they could re-brand Old Trafford as the "Tampax Theatre of Dreams"?

Exactly, so who gives a sheet? †It's not important, if/when someone wants to rename our stadium - well it hasn't really got a name has it? - it won't matter, everyone will still call it Elland Road. †did you know Valley Parade isn't called that any more? †

Geordies complaining, well foook me what a surprise. †It would have been ace to hear them complaining if they were in their rightful position in the Prem, near the bottom and not in a great position like now. †There was a strong rumour that Ashley was considering buying Leeds OR Newcastle. †I think we'd have been in a better spot if he had bought us. †NU has long time been a joke club, this just adds to the mirth for me

Like the Murphy's, he's not bitter.
