The Bridge End Inn, Ruabon

Was in here Saturday lunchtime, what a little gem, Matt, who's parents are the licensees also brews his own beers under the label McGivern ales.

He also has a large selection of cask ales on and the plac is very friendly and a nice little pub.

He has plans to brew from the premises in the near future, he reminded me a bit of Heston Blumenthal and told me he was a student at Bradford Uni in the past. Anyway if you are in the Wrexham area give it a go, he has lots of local ales on regularly and also delves into beers from further afield.

It was one of those pubs where you could settle in all day quite easily.

Lets face it LebLeb, all pubs have that kind of tractor-beam pull on you.

Not true !

Is this near the Station?

I have a vague recollection of drinking in a pub with this name.

Not far from Jones's place of abode
