Tevez

Petulant twunt or misunderstood genius?

Poor aural skills
Plastic Man

If he was playing in the Rothman's Isthmian DIY Store third division, getting £20 a week boot money, just returning from a serious groin injury, full of flu, it's his fourth game in three days, an eight hour coach journey home and he has to be up at 3am to do his milk round, it's pissing down raining and his dog's just died...

I'd still expect him to do his duty.

Mancini plans to bring in some new faces at Man City. Carlos Tevez is rumoured to be first in line for one of them.

i hear Mancini has got Marti Caine lined up
Late Doors

Ive watched the episode on telly and cant work out what has gone on. It certainly isnít cut and dry. Mancini himself didnít ask Tevez to warm up or appear to give him any indication he was going to send him on. Tevez had already done a bit of limbering up. I cant help thinking its all a bit of an attempted stitch up to get him on some trumped up breach of contract charge. Ive looked at Mancini's body language when asked about it. He has the appearence of big fat fibber

Swiped from elsewhere.......

Was gonna thread this subject anyway but saw someone had put it on England board better than I would have thought of so he goes...

Boca

Tevez forces his way out of the club claiming that the press intrusion in Argentina is too much for him and his family and the club aren't doing enough to support him. Public bust up with manager also ensues.

Claims he loves the club and supporters, and always will.

Time at club - 2 1/2 seasons.

Corinthians

Tevez forces his way out of the club, going on strike, after arguments - some physical - with teammates, the head coach and the club president.

Claims he loves the club and supporters, and always will.

Time at club - 1 season.

__________________________________________________ _______________________________

West Ham

Tevez almost immediately falls out with the manager and players. Storms off and threatens to go on strike after being substituted. Goes AWOL to Argentina at one point.

Strings the club along before swiftly ditching them - but it's alright because it was for us.

Claims he loves the club and supporters, and always will.

Time at club - 1 season.

Manchester United

Tevez complains of being fatigued and overplayed in his first season. In his second, he complains of being underplayed - drama queening it every time he's taken off - managing just 5 goals, despite playing more minutes than the league's third top scorer Fernando Torres.

Parting shot of 'I'll scream in Ferguson's face when I score against them'

Claims he loves the club and supporters, and always will.

Time at club - 2 seasons.

__________________________________________________ _______________________________

Manchester City

Tevez is tired, homesick, wants to retire, takes time off to see his daughter and is caught on camera spending that time banging his mistress (the actual banging remains unphotographed), feels there's too much greed in football despite being the highest paid player in Britain, hates football in general yet throws a wobbly every time he's taken off, wants his old life back, hates the club executives, claims that he would like to punch his young teammates and finally hands in a transfer request.

Claims he loves the club and supporters, and always will.

Time at club - 2 and a bit seasons - the last one and a bit a grudgingly, against his will.

The man is a total waster & user...the epitomy of blame culture ...

Says he misses his family & home so wants to leave Manchester ...then tries to secure a deal with Inter Milan...how is that any nearer to Argentina ??

After his actions, the only right outcome would be to present him with a plane ticket to Buenos Aries and tell him to fuck off back to his country of birth. If he is allowed to play in that team again its is a very sad day for what is right in football. £250,000 a fucking week and he gets flouncy. Just fuck off cunt! If this is let go and brushed under the carpet football clubs/boards/managers in this country will be seen as toothless tigers who are at the mercy of individual players. Football has become a shit sport/business. It wasn't, but it is now. And anybody who disagrees with that last statement needs their heads checking.

His family remaining in t' Argy and his failure to master basic English have not helped.

A link is usually something useful.

Too much money invested for them to do that.

Exactly. And isn't that the sad fact. MC need to win the prem because their investors expect no less. Winning the Prem will bring them a return on their investment. But surely thats where its all wrong. A few years ago a player would have been let go and a club would have coped and winning the league wasn't seen as a big financial cash cow, teams wanted to win it for the glory of winning. Money money bastard money.

If they don't win now and try to accomadate him in the team it will draw comparisons to Faustino Asprilla and Malcolm MacDonald supposedly fucking it up for their clubs in the title run-in
