Seattle grunge from young slacker trio tipped for great things. Sub pop record label seem to be supporting them, sponsoring the stage gear and making it a free gig so they see the potential and its easy to see why.
Only about 150 in for the gig but the band didn't seem fazed. The cool looking huge leather coated Singer guitarist swapped duties with goof ball little hairy drummer throughout and they were polar opposites in terms of personality.
Some fab grinding powerful grunge with a female second guitarist (no bass) providing the core but also some pretty cool pop songs weaved into their foundation. Expecting to hear more from them. Bought the album there anyway but not played it yet.
