Scotland and the Klan

After Billy Connolly and Bobby Gillespie it's a very short drop to my third favorite long-haired Scotsman. I always find any programme that Neil Oliver does highly entertaining. In this he looks at the historical connections between Scots and the Ku Klux Klan. As informative and interesting as his usual stuff. Originally on BBC 2 Scotland, but I found it on On Demand.

Ooh that sounds good.

Not a Neil Oliver fan though, too Scots.

Too Scots? He's not a shortbread tin. That's his accent.
Late Doors

That sounds really interesting. Loads of Scots left for America didn't they? most not by choice i suspect. I think they were amongst the first to go south and their influence on the music is well documented. Hard to imagine their shameful treatment of black people given how the English treated them.
