Quick view

Expect anybody interested will have been there or seen it on the telly. I thought we edged it overall. Enjoyed how we didn't panic when going behind slightly against the run of play. Just seen the replay and not impressed with the nonexistent attempted block by the full back chap. He looked to be having a hard time of it in general but in fairness I think he was playing on the left rather than his favoured right.

Again I liked Bellusci and the keeper. We have a couple of stars there and no mistake. It's not often I'd commend a booking but that fucking twat no 10 deserved some kind of treatment. A rare occasion of a good booking for me and we need a defender who is going to take charge of his men , the back line and not take shit off a jumped up nowter with delusions of grandeur.

Rudy gives the ball away a couple of spectacular times and the whole ground groans. Mowatt gives it away every other pass and not a murmur. Not judging or having a go but it was fact yesterday and Wednesday for that matter. What the chuffing hell Luke Murphy is offering these days is lost on me. I actually watched him soley for 5 minutes yesterday and he actually hid from the ball. Gave the defender bringing the ball out of defence absolutely no option at all. He has to up his game very very quickly.

That Bianchi lad does everything simple and right. Doukarra? works, drifts wide but looks short of the Finishing touch. Annouchi ? scuse the spellings if they are wrong, did everything right with his missed chances. The keeper did brilliantly. The one he did tuck away was called offside. Tough luck, on other days hell have a hat trick. I like the way we try to push little through balls through to him. Got to be better than just firing balls into the box. Watching Swansea on MOTD this morning and what we are trying to do reminds me of the Swans about five year ago.

Another good point, if we were slightly lucky on Wednesday we were slightly unlucky yesterday but what is more important we got another point playing the right way and another spell of consolidation before the break. I'm just thinking we are going in the right direction and I'm actually enjoying it again.

Yeah I thought their guy (Migraine? Maguire? Some little shit I'd never heard of) was an absolute disgrace what with his sledging and niggling and two minute celebration to the kop end. Lucky to escape a knacking and his manager did him a favour substituting him

Thought Leeds for all their weaknesses and wobbly moments dominated the match in large patches and made all the best opportunities.

On a luckier day Antennucci would've got a brace or hat trick

I'd like to see Doukara and Austin 'rested' for a couple of games and Sharp and Cook reintroduced with Adryan given a run out as sub a couple of times
Frazier Cranium

Doukara should be playing 'up top' imo, I think he is a rough diamond but he shouldn't be dropping so deep to get the ball, he should be receiving it near goal.

Thought Bellusci was immense yesterday, it's taken him time to settle but he looks v accomplished on the ball, not a common sight in recent years in our defence.

Warnock should be in the team, as well as Sharp.

I get the impression Warnock will be gone when his contract is up so isnt on the long term plan and naturally will get overlooked when someone who is is available.

Sharp brings more liveliness and for a smaller lad doesnt half hold the ball up well with his back to goal
Frazier Cranium

Warnock is easily our best left back, LD, I wouldn't be bothered if it was based on a player's form but this isn't, it's based on the owner being a prat, but of course I must be wrong because he has nothing to do with team selection does he?

Si.

If I was playing against Berardi I'd tug his shirt a couple of times, whisper 'tua madre una puttana' in his ear, brace myself and wait for the inevitable. Let the ref do the rest.

LD's mate.

Both of Em.

Yep Warnock has certainly impressed this season but I can also see why he isn't been used. Back end of his career, not in our long term plan and I for one applaud that strategy. How many times have we bemoaned older players coming here for a final pay off.

Don't get me wrong I like Warnock but I like a longer game plan bringing young players in for the duration better
Frazier Cranium

That's daft, he's been dropped because the owner who doesn't have anything at all to do with selection, honest he doesn't, is narked with him. Age is irrelevant when a player is so much better in the position than any other younger players.

Why is he narked with him ?

Dunno why the sarcy inference Codge . Surely there isnt a leeds fan alive who doesnt know its MC who selects the players and says who is and who isnt playing. .

Sarcasm not aimed at you LD, but yes there are bloody loads of fans who take everything Cellino says as gospel.

Remember Warnock's goal celebration (v Bolton) where he mimicked using a mobile phone or something?  That was a joke supposedly at Cellino's expense re Cellino ringing Refearn up to pick the team... something like that anyway.  Whether or not it WAS, Cellino was seething about it, and it's common knowledge - okay rumoured but I believe the reports and who has told me them - that Cellino has been touting the names of certain players as 'for sale' for months.  Murphy and Warnock definitely on that list, and it's probably because they're on good wages... Cellino seems to want all his players on less than 10 grand a week - and I've no qualms with him wanting that - but Warnock isn't exactly a slacker or crap, but the inference from Cellino is that he is.  Also during the Brentford game, in the Leeds end, Cellino was raving about Warnock in particular, how poorly he was playing.  I didn't see that game so can't comment but I'd be surprised if Warnock was worse than most of the team.
