Leicester [A] 11.08.13

Nowt to write home about.

Slight advantage in the first half with few chances followed by a poor second  half with City having the bulk of possession.

Take a point there in the scheme of things.

I ended up playing and didn't see it. A point at Leicester seems okay to me

I thought we did very well overall, Leicester are (yawn) one of the favourites for auto promotion and they've got a bigger and better squad than us.  It was indeed a bore draw for most neutrals I think, but for Leeds fans, me anyway, I thought it was a good 'away' display.  AND they didn't concede!  Oddly enough, our quietest player I thought was Murphy, the million-pound signing.

Good result. Lost count of the number of pints I've lost to my mate Phil over Leicester games. I'd be broke if I ever bought them for him.

Asked him what the game was like he said 'dull'.

'Anything else?'

'No'

Quite apt: I did spend more time drinking than playing.
