Jamie's 30 minute meals

Whether you like the fat tongued chef or not, this book is bloody brilliant

What you tried then?

So far:

Cheat's Sunday dinner
Peri Peri chicken
red prawn thai curry
mushroom risotto

all blinders.

Im doing meatball sandwich with red cabbage salad and banana and coconut ice cream tonight.

Takes a bit more than 30 minutes like, more like 45 the first time, but still a great book
Butts

Did his daily tweeted recipe tonight and it was great. So few ingredients, so quick but it works, somehow.

I think you'll find we are all massive Jamie fans on here
Carp

He seems to have redeemed himself with this latest series.

I give zero credit to him creative wise. But Mrs C has been working through some of the recipes and they are ok. By the way, they are no way 30 minutes unless you have a prep chef and turbo oven, so she tells me. However, the recipes sort of work.
bearing

I think he's grown up somewhat.

30 minutes with no problems Carp.

"What's that?" "Yes, you can peal the spuds next."
