Flyball

Mrs. D has been watching all this years Crufts coverage, and I saw this on it. Never seen it before this year but I could watch it for hours. Its like a dog relay race. Its fucking ace. This footage is from a couple of years ago cos I couldn't find any from this years competition that was good quality.

Grind

One of my border collies is as fast a dog as I've ever seen (the other, to be honest, is a total barrel and will only move quickly if there's food or something needs beating up) and only rarely drops either frisbees or tennis balls however far (or badly) they're thrown.

She was well fecking ace at this when we tried it for a laff - but she hates noise and can't cope with any more than a couple of people being around.

My younger dog basically took out the ball chucking machine and waddled back with a grin on her face.
Seal

That 's ace!  I'd like to see a version featuring cats.

You'd still be watching it.
Plastic Man

They take it seriously. Each team even had their own sponge-man with a bucket.

Do you think they have flyball hooligans as well, with firms of rival Pitbulls and Rottweilers fronting up?
lolwarlol

Is the sport that was rocked by the dogging incident?
Grind

Come on people, this isn't some bogus crap like Libya, tsunamis, Lady Gaga's tits or global nuclear meltdown.

We're talking about dogs doing ace things with homely-looking owners.

Back to anity. Now!

Woof is wasted on the forum.

Top class canine-related entertainment of a type that you can watch with your family.

Though I can't see either Lady Sooty or Lady Belle being overly enthusiastic participants.

Being Royal canines, when it comes to fetching and carrying, they have other dogs to do that sort of thing for them.

As per their maxim... why bark when you've got another dog to do it for you?

*looks for team for Maggie*
Carp

Maggie is too short.

now, now. "homely" is the polite way of saying "could do with more effort"!

She's a decent size now, will do a picture.

We should send Carp over to sort their warm entrances out.

Pictures of Maggie? Ace!

A slight variant to Julian Clary's acknowledgement of the audience as he enters on to stage. "Thank you. I do so enjoy a warm hand on my entrance".
