Fargo, the tv series

Up there with the best telly series ever. Compelling, intriguing, exciting and utterly absorbing. Terrific scripts, even better performances. stuff like this almost makes me believe actors are as important as they like to think they are

Got them all waiting on the SKY planner! Can't wait.

Heck this was just super good.

Got to agree, it was a great series. How good was Billy Bob Thornton ?

Best TV I've watched in ages. The Coen Brothers are the only serious game in town when it comes to consistently original narrative, characters, and overall interesting filmmaking IMHO. I've still to see 'Inside Llewelyn Davis' from last year. It was great to see BBT back working with them. He was great in their 'The Man Who Wasn't There' film. Agree with the earlier posts. Top telly amidst the regular mire of mediocrity.

Just started watching 'Ray Donovan' which has a great cast (Liev Schreiber and more importantly, Jon Voigt) and it looks pretty good so far.  STILL not seen any Breaking Bad

Coen Bros were not involved with the TV show, but did give their blessing to the production.

Well heck, dip me in shit! The style and similarity of characters and script in actual Coen brothers productions are as near as dammit to every episode of the TV series. Ta for putting me in the picture Foz.
