Croutons

Bits of stale bread.

Let's face it. We could survive without them.
Late Doors

Love em is soup. Trouble is it's a frantic race getting them down before they go soggy. Lightly toasted in a bit of Olive Oil is best for me

Mrs FC went out and bought two packets of them on Sat'day to make a Caesar salad (we're right posh down here).

Anyway, she forgot about them so I'll save a packet for you.
Dock

A pointless creation (croutons not LD). If one drops off your spoon it can splosh soup on to whichever natty shirt you have put on for the meal. A defo no no. Just give me a big chunk of bread and that'll do me.
carp

Not too keen. Rather have a doorstop of bread to dunk.
Forest

What about in a ceasar salad?

Good point well made. When in Rome do as th....Geddit? Caesar? Rome? Around every street corner in Regville there is comedy for those who dare to look. Take a peep around a corner. Go on!

Comedy, it's the elixir of life and can be found around corners.

Yes, errr... very good.

Magda, please would you dress the salad with balsamic vinegar and the extra virgin olive oil...

No Eddie - Magda has all the condiments she requires to perform the task without "your help..."

Door bell just went and there was a documentary team on the doorstep wanting to know why I hated Africans and threw food away on purpose so they couldn't have it. When I told them it was croutons they fucked off.

Not going to be in. They were off to film beasts in Shropshire camp sites, with sharp teeth, apparently.

They've a werewolf in Shropshire too? So that's Birdingbury, Yoxall and now Shropshire. Bloody things must be breeding!

They better have sharp teeth. Sounds like they will be living on croutons.
