Clowning about

'Fucks all this about? Dressing up as clowns and worrying people. Just realised this morning i came across one the other week as i was strolling along to the sportsman past the George. I saw this clown coming towards me from under the railway bridge so i smiles a bit at him. He gave me a right scary scary stare back as he walked past and continued to as i looked back so i told him to fuck off and never gave it any thought untill now. I think i might report it, claim i was a victim of this latest craze thats terrifying the public.

Meanwhile in a strange place, far, far away...

...the craze has taken a change for the strange in Cumbria, where a man is dressing as Batman and vowing to chase down the creepy clowns.

A photograph has been shared on Facebook of "Batman" seemingly chasing off a "killer clown".

BBC Cumbria reported local company Cumbria Superheroes is behind the effort to rid the streets of clowns.

They have reassured that the costumed man is not a vigilante, but just trying to reassure local children who are scared of the "killer clowns".

Can we now expect hordes of masked avenging Superheroes roaming the highways and byways?

It wouldn't even have to be anything "super".

A hooded yoof with an overly aggressive dog would do for starters.
Grind

Strategically placed buckets of shredded paper.

If one of the bastards jumps out on me it'll get the hiding of its life. This shit has really traumatised some people. What kind of arsehole want to petrify people/ kids???? I'm taking my boy out trick or treating on Halloween (should be back traffic allowing from Wetherby Races) and if anybody, teen or adult, jumps out on us it'll get the fright of its life when I run after the cowardly shitbag. Adolescent pranks my arse. Whoever does this knows exactly what they are doing and will be neutralised accordingly. No Mercy!
Grind

* Puts comedy boutonnière away. *

I always hum that tune when I chew gum. Sad fecktard that I am.

Wasn't it on either during or around the same time as Banana Splits, which was total shite, but enjoyable at the time. *

A bit like that Doubledeckers thing.

* I'm easily pleased, me.
