Cheese

Moving on (quickly) from cheese on toast.

Got a taste for smoked applewood cheese. very nice indeed in small doses.

What does everyone else like?

Also speaking from personal experience, but absolutely nothing to do with blue veined throbbing items causing gagging, I find that stretchy cheeses such as mozzarella and provolone can add a distinct texture as well as flavour to a dish.

My cheese short list consists of Colston Bassett, Westcombe, Ragstone, Tunworth - trying to keep it English and, even better, local
sheeps

Owt with a blue vein in it.

I take it without gagging no problem.

Brie is one of my favorites .
I will be looking for some cheeses in Germany for Sheeps, smelly and mouldy.

Got to be careful with cheese as it is one of the things that bring the old gout on but jeez i can and have eaten it by the boardfull, all kinds, all nationalities except American. Its the only place on Earth that for some reason cant grasp how to make it.

Willing to be proved wrong but that Monterey Jack shite they have is typical snazzy branded snappily named crap
