Round here it would be The Commercial. Maybe The Junction

Shoulder Of Mutton is popular but i think that is a local thing

The Victoria/Albert and all variations i would imagine  are popular given the boom in pub building during their reign ?

Well down the pit the machinery that supports the coal face is called a chock.

If you work on the chocks you are a chocker.

The chain that opened this pub had a history of naming them with some local connection. They asked for suggestions and some daft bastard mentioned this old gimmer who worked localy in the mines who worked on the chocks at the coal face and sung right through his shift. I don't recall his name but shall have a Google.

Anyway, hence the singing chocker.
